On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. The renewal date sits on that screen. If a charge surprised you, this is also where you stop the next one.
Deleting the app leaves the plan running. Cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.
Refunds go through Apple or Google, and the app cannot issue one. On iPhone, use Apple's report-a-problem page. On Android, request it from your Google Play order history. Approval is up to the store, and canceling stops the next charge without returning the last one.
A cost check you can do in two minutes
Before you pay for anything, run this on your phone:
- Open the Plug AI listing and find the in-app purchases section.
- Write down the trial length and the renewal price for each plan.
- Check the date the trial ends and set a reminder one day earlier.

Refunds go through Apple or Google, never through the app. Ask early, and say what happened plainly: the trial rolled into a paid plan and you did not notice. Why the price on a blog is wrong
Store prices change and vary by country. A figure copied into an article last year has no connection to the listing you see today. This is why the number belongs on the store page and nowhere else.
